Echi Haimura sighed softly as she sat on the rail of her suite's balcony, swaying her legs over the side in a lazy manor, staring at the street below. At least it would appear as such, she'd formed enough of an idea of how hotel suites worked and figured that the most relaxing point would be the one her guardian would scream at her for. Quite blind and 16 years of age, Haimura would casually lifted herself by the arms, keeping a careful hand on the balcony of the 6th story room. Her long hair picking up a bit from a particularly strong gust of wind she would remove one of her pillars to safety to catch her hair preventing it from coming loose and sprawling all about her shoulder and face. She was finally giving some real thought to her current position, why she had come to the States, despite the present dangers within the area. It was all about that thrill, motives as complex as control or power didn't really concern the girl. No she only cared about the coming string of battles. She was going to face a lot of powerful people, people that could really kill her. The girl let a giggle slide from her mouth as she wrapped an arm around her hair, slowly lifting herself upwards on her arm, as she would force her legs upwards and standing on the arm. A blush hit her face as she finally realized a mistake few girls would make, her skirt falling across her belly. Haimura groaning in embarrassment as she quickly hopped off the rail and onto the balcony, releasing her hair and moving to straighten out her skirt, carefully feeling for any ripples where it may have folded. "Yare yare dawa... I still get defeated by gravity?" |

Kou spent a majority of her time worrying about Mura. It was her job afterall, but the girl was so dead set in her ways that not even Kou could have convinced Mura to stay in Japan where it was relatively safe. She'd enjoyed combat too much and had even taken things a step farther, commissioning the production of two Power Armors that would work to compliment both of their strengths. It actually wasn't Kou's first time in the United States, but she didn't like it better anymore now then she did the first time she'd visited it. It wasn't until she noticed Mura on the balcony that Kou felt her heart skip, dropping the shirt that she had been neatly folding and rushing toward the balcony just as the girl jumped from the railing back onto the balcony and began to straighten out her skirt. Kou sighed a sigh of relief. At least the girl hadn't gone and fallen off the wrong way. It would have been a pathetic end to Kou's career. Assassins? No problem! What's that? The blind girl you were supposed to protect fell off the balcony while you were folding clothes? But Kou worried far too much as she approached Mura, shaking her head "You shouldn't be so reckless Mura-sama." Kou said as she tapped the younger girl on the nose "It's a long drop from up here, you could get seriously hurt fooling around on the balcony." |

Mura blinked as she felt a tap at her nose, her brow furrowing into an annoyed state as the logic of the older girl's words hit her and she would simply push an arm onto her hip as she braced herself in a moment to think of an appropriate response. The sheer number of times Kou seemed to mention the word reckless ebbed into Mura's mind. It was bothersome at first, but over the years she'd gotten used to it. Kou complaining about her nature was simply part of living life. It wasn't good or bad, but it wasn't going to change either. She'd tune the girl out a bit and try to move past her, roughly guessing where exactly she was standing from as her free arm waved about in a dismissive fashion. "You worry way too much, Kou-chan, I'm indestructible." Mura would giggle a bit beforetaking the hand off her hip and jamming a pair of fingers towards Kou's belly. "Besides, you would never let me fall."

"Let's not test that theory.." Kou responded as the girl boasted about being invincible, Kou laughing softly. When the girl poked her in the stomach she let out a loud oof as the oxygen was pushed from her lungs. Her hand rose up and rested behind her head as she gave a little yawn "Ahhh...Not even I am that fast Mura-sama...It's not funny." Kou pouted, though Mura wouldn't see the pout it carried over in her voice. If Mura fell off the balcony Kou would probably just end up killing her self trying to save the girl as they both fell, but she definitely wouldn't have been able to prevent it if it happened. |

Haimura would blink again, as she bit her lip. Kou was more worried than she'd even considered before. Mura was forced to groan in annoyance, as well as some guilt. Finally giving into to the the older woman, she would nod a bit, as she reached forward a bit and moved to lean against the doorway she'd touched, placing her back to it as her arms would fold, pointing the MTS bracelets to Kou. these bracelets used nanotechnology to act as watches, comms, and even data receivers and displays in a limited form. They also worked with the ankle versions to act as the source for the Mobile Trace System, forming the suit and expanding into the armor. "Even if I were to fall, at this height I could likely at least get my Mobile Trace System to absorb the brunt of the fall. It might still hurt, I guess..." The girl would point her face to Kou, trying to maintain a smirk, her lips angling upwards, but the smile ending out cracked and forced. |

Her face twitched, a hand coming from the air and bopping the spoiled princess known as Mura over the head lightly "Baka.." Kou simply muttered, her face twitching as she withdrew her hand. Mura once again completely missed the point and put on that cocky face of hers again, and Kou could only sigh heavily after bopping the girl over the head. "You need to come inside anyways, Mura-sama." Kou said as she turned around and walked back into the room and pulling a shirt up out of a pile of clothes and beginning to fold it slowly, humming a tune to her self as she did so. Mura could be a pain sometimes, but Kou never found it that much of an inconvenience, though Kou worried about Mura her confidence at times was quirky and amusing. Kou never thought to treat Mura like a different person, even if she was disabled Kou never really saw it that way. Sure, she couldn't see but plenty of people could get by without relying on their sight and the girl was otherwise healthy and that was probably why Mura had gotten along with Kou so well. Kou never considered her less or greater than a normal person. |
